IT Manager 1: Service Desk Lead & IT Strategy

State of Ohio

The State of Ohio is seeking an Information Technology Manager 1 in the Information Technology Division, based in Columbus. This permanent full-time role oversees service desk operations, staff coaching, and IT procurement, with a focus on ServiceNow processes and end-user support. You will manage daily workflows, aid in onboarding, ensure IT standards, and contribute to agency events.
