Summary The Sales Professional focuses on building and maintaining client relationships while delivering memorable service with a passion for timepieces and jewelry. They present products through storytelling and hospitality, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and use company systems to support the client experience. Responsibilities Confidently present products to clients with storytelling and technical detail. Build, maintain and develop clientele using the company CRM platform. Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for showroom brands and collections. Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage. Support showroom hospitality guidelines and hand off clients to team members when appropriate. Complete administrative tasks and use required company systems, hardware, and software. Accept and deliver client repairs as required. Requirements High school diploma. 1 year retail sales experience. Excellent storytelling, client service, and selling skills. Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry and strong interpersonal communication. Computer literate (MS Office) and able to use CRM systems. Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for long periods and lift packages. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
