Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families, addressing needs from pediatrics through geriatrics.
• Oversee chronic disease management, preventive services, acute health issues, and mental health objectives with a patient-centered perspective.
• Perform physical assessments, analyze diagnostic findings, and create tailored treatment plans.
• Work closely with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialty providers to ensure holistic patient support.

• Use electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure precise and timely patient documentation.
• Provide care in-person as well as via virtual platforms to accommodate patients' varying needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successfully completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possess (or be eligible for) a valid Kansas medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
