Location: Brownstown Township, MI

Start Date: Flexible, upon acceptance

End Date/Duration: Full-time ongoing

Shift: Full-time day shifts, on-call, weekends on rotating schedule

Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (approximate)

Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA, Michigan RN License (or eligible)

Experience: Must have proven CRNA experience; no new graduates or lapsed certifications

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care in inpatient and outpatient settings across multiple locations
• Conduct preoperative assessments, review medical histories, and develop anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia during surgeries, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor patient vitals and anesthesia depth intraoperatively, managing responses as needed
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, including pain control and immediate care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia colleagues
• Support staffing needs and coverage during periods of shortage
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR, ensuring compliance with hospital standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain certifications and stay current with best practices

What You Need

Required:

• Active NBCRNA certification
• Valid Michigan RN license or to be eligible upon hire
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proven CRNA experience; no new graduates or lapsed certifications

Preferred:

• Experience in a multi-site hospital environment
• Ability to travel between multiple locations as needed
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
