What You'll Do

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for various procedures
• Provide anesthesia services across all ages including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor intraoperative anesthesia levels and adjust as needed
• Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and follow-up care
• Participate in airway management throughout the hospital
• Provide inpatient anesthesia coverage during scheduled rotations
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Travel to multiple hospital locations and clinics as needed
• Engage in required on-call and weekend rotations

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active Michigan RN license
  • ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications
  • 0+ years of CRNA experience (no recent graduates)
  • Ability to work with diverse patient populations and handle critical care
• Preferred:
  • Previous anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
