Location: Dearborn, MI Henry Ford Dearborn Surgery Center

Start Date: Immediate or as mutually agreed

Duration: Permanent, full-time position

Shift: MondayFriday, Typical Schedule (specific shift details to be discussed)

Licenses/Certifications: NBCRNA Certified (Essential)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience; no lapsed certifications or recent graduates

What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgical teams
• Monitor patients during procedures, managing anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
• Manage airway and anesthesia needs for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Travel to other ambulatory care sites as needed
• Collaborate with a high-performing team across multiple specialties including orthopedics, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, and more

What You Need

• Required:
• NBCRNA certification
• Active license to practice as a CRNA in Michigan
• 2+ years experience in anesthesia care
• Preferred:
• Experience with diverse surgical procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
