Cash Management Analyst

Role Description

Join Zepz as a Cash Management Analyst, reporting to the Treasury Operations and Cash Management Manager. In this role, you will:

• Manage day-to-day liquidity and banking operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Optimize cash positions and manage FX requirements.
• Maintain banking relationships that power our global network.
• Act as a key link between internal teams (FX, Funding, and Treasury Operations) and external partners (banks, correspondent partners, and liquidity providers).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/ACCA/Any professional qualification is an advantage.
• 3–6 years of experience in a treasury back-office or cash management role.
• Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, in addition to experience with banking portals.
• A solid understanding of FX trade settlement cycle, daily cash movements, and domestic/international payment processes and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems (“TMS”); experience with Kyriba is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• An analytical and strategic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
