This role also validates and verifies the accuracy and quality of all items leaving this team.Direct Manager: CNC and Print Production LeadHours & Schedule:Expected Weekly Hours: 40-45Travel Expectations: NoneExpected Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm (possible exceptions: new store launch, new game installation, emergency maintenance or other emergencies related to your job)On-call: NoGrowth:Someone in this role can grow into the following roles: CNC Lead, Project Manager, Production ManagerJob Responsibilities:Program toolpaths for 3-axis CNC cutting of wood, MDF, and plastics based on existing production designsPrepare files in Enroute and Vectric VCarve Pro for cutting on Multicam 3-axis and Laguna routersAccess, organize and maintain appropriate cut files in Google DriveCommunicate with component designers and carpentersQC sign-off for all items leaving CNC area (compared to the design measurements) before releasing them to the shopMinimize wasteMaintains frequently used parts, supplies and backstock by checking inventory levels, anticipating needs, and submitting requests for suppliesMaintain a safe, clean working environmentComply with all safety rules and regulationsAdditional duties as requiredJob Requirements:A love for escape gamesA commitment to excellenceStrong organizational skills and work ethicExcellent communication skillsDetail-orientedAdvanced computer skillsExperience operating 3-axis CNC router tablesExperience programming toolpaths for CNC routersAbility to work independently and take initiative on various projectsHigh integrity and ability to be trusted with confidential & valuable company informationKnowledge of safe shop tool operationAbility to lift 75 lbs.
