About the Practice Private Practice 2 Providers 4 Operatories Team of 5 Open Dental Practice Management Software Weave Patient Communication Software Dexis Digital Imaging Assisted Hygiene What You’ll Do Lead daily operations of the dental practice Manage and support the front office team Maintain an exceptional patient experience Oversee scheduling and maximize provider productivity Verify insurance benefits and manage billing workflows Manage PPO and Denti-Cal processes Monitor collections, production, and key office metrics Assist with treatment acceptance and financial arrangements Coach, mentor, and develop team members Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance Partner with the doctors to achieve operational and financial goals The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a confident, compassionate leader who enjoys mentoring teams, improving systems, and helping a growing practice succeed.
