Transaction Processor

We are seeking a dedicated Transaction Processor Associate III to join our team and provide crucial open enrollment transaction support. In this role, you will research, analyze, and update consumer information using various specialized systems. Primary Responsibilities: Process all open enrollment transactions accurately and within established procedural guidelines. Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality assurance standards with a focus on zero errors. Research, analyze, and update consumer information efficiently across multiple operating systems. Deliver exemplary customer service, ensuring all internal and external customer needs are met. Ensure timely completion of all tasks to meet strict contract deadlines. Maintain a professional, positive attitude toward consumers, team members, and daily activities. Adhere strictly to the project site attendance policy, arriving on time and ready to perform. Required Skills & Qualifications: College Degree and prior Eligibility Determination or Transaction Processing experience preferred. Typing speed of at least 45 WPM. Proficiency with standard PC systems and software, with an aptitude for quick learning. Highly detail-oriented; capable of detecting, documenting, and correcting quality issues. Analytical problem-solving skills and receptiveness to ongoing feedback. Ability to organize workloads, adapt to changes, and work with limited direction after training. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office setting with an extremely fast-paced workflow. Flexibility required for overtime, days, evenings, and weekend hours. Regular sitting, typing, and computer use; occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
