Financial Analyst

Pride Health is hiring a Financial Analyst to support our client's healthcare facility.


Job Details:
Schedule: 9am-5pm
Location: Remote
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 27 weeks
Pay Range: $40.00 to $45.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex pricing and financial reconciliations using contract interpretation, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business impacts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation reports and business performance reporting.
• Support audit requests with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance reconciliation processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Strong experience with SQL and SAS .
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, and Tableau .
• Contract interpretation and financial analysis experience.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets and work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  
  Preferred Qualifications
• PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) industry experience.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.
