Accounting Clerk: What I Do, How I Do It, and Why I Do It DSD Accounts Payable Accounting Procedures: Responsible for processing invoices from vendors, matching all invoices to the corresponding scanned receiving data, making corrections and posting invoices for payment. Additional job duties include researching pricing errors, preparing invoices for manual entry, providing coverage for the receptionist, and other duties as needed. Position Requirements High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Data Entry 10 Key Excel Ability to respond with flexibility to shifting priorities and change. Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Frequent repetitive motion with hand(s) and arm(s), such as grasping, gripping and keying on computer keyboard and calculator.
