El Hospital Brigham and Women's, Inc. está buscando un Enfermero de Salud Comunitaria para su Centro de Salud de Southern Jamaica Plain. El rol implica proporcionar atención integral y multidisciplinaria a pacientes adultos y pediátricos en varias especialidades médicas. El Enfermero Registrado será responsable de planificar y ofrecer atención al paciente de acuerdo con los Estándares de Atención de Enfermería. Responsabilidades Proporcionar un ambiente seguro para pacientes, personal, familiares y visitantes. Administrar medicamentos de manera segura de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos. Coordinar y colaborar con pacientes, familias y colegas de manera profesional. Utilizar los hallazgos de la investigación en enfermería en la práctica clínica y contribuir a esfuerzos de investigación médica. Participar en el esfuerzo cooperativo y el apoyo entre compañeros necesarios para el buen funcionamiento de la unidad. Requisitos Se requiere experiencia. Se prefiere experiencia de seis meses en enfermería pediátrica. Se prefiere experiencia en enfermería de atención primaria. Se prefiere experiencia con pacientes adultos. Se prefiere experiencia en Salud Comunitaria.
