Roles and Responsibilities
*Develop and implement MDM strategies across SAP and non-SAP systems.
*Lead master data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and migration activities.
*Support data conversion initiatives and plan for migration to non-SAP target systems.
*Provide expertise in SAP technical architecture and master data structures.
*Establish data management best practices, standards, and governance processes.
*Collaborate with IT, business, data, and functional stakeholders to ensure successful MDM initiatives.
*Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate decision-making, and resolve data-related issues.
*Identify data quality gaps and recommend solutions to improve accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
*Mentor team members and help build organizational MDM and data governance capabilities.
Required Skills
*Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.
*Hands-on experience with SAP master data environments.
*Experience with data cleansing, data quality, migration, and conversion.
*Understanding of SAP technical architecture and master data concepts.
*Experience working across SAP and non-SAP systems.
*Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
*Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
