Olive Branch ABA is hiring a compassionate, reliable, and bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Houston, Texas .

Position Details

• Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Location: Houston, TX

• Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time

• Language: Bilingual English/Spanish required

• Certification: Active RBT certification required

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

• Collect and accurately record behavioral data

• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Follow treatment protocols established by the supervising BCBA

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the clinical team

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment

• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required

• Bilingual English/Spanish required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA or autism-related experience preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and willing to learn

• Ability to work independently while following clinical direction
