Competitive pay:

• $20.00$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive $15.00 for each billable client hour worked
• $14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
• Fully paid training no experience required

• Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level

What You'll Do

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Passion for helping children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
