Hotel Front Desk Representative About the hotel: The Comfort Suites Marysville is located at 1081 Lydia Drive Marysville Ohio 43040. Job Description: Responsible for attending to the needs of guests, especially during check in and check out process. Essential Job Functions Be in required uniform including name tag, ear piece, and radio. Greet all guests. Provide information to guests about hotel policies, services, and amenities. Respond to guest requests and sell rooms to walk-in guests. Enter or change reservations in the PMS system. Post charges to guest accounts. Process payments from guests. Make necessary changes to guest accounts. Inform housekeeping about room changes. Listen and respond to guest complaints. Operate answering the phone. Clean front desk and surrounding areas. Complete shift checklist. Maintain daily logs. Balance cash drawer. Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift. Additional Responsibilities Maintain a hospitality-oriented attitude conducive to team growth. Willingness to participate in further hospitality training and education.
