Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking to add additional support to service our commercial client's property needs. This role includes the following: Day to day responsibilities: Generate customer's interest and strategically handle the negotiation and closing phases to ensure all parties involved are happy with the deal Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers. Ability to do quantity take-offs, pricing, purchase orders, and submittals. Actively communicate with the production department in pre and during phases of our clients projects. Maintain a level of professionalism and strive to be the best version of you at your role.
