Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. About The NICU 22-bed, Level II NICU; 100-150 deliveries per month. 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night. NNPs see both NICU and well-newborn patients. A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs. Flexible 24- or 72-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance. Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
