Facilities Contract Manager - On-Site Vendor & Safety Lead

TSMC

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Facilities Contract Coordinator to oversee custodial and maintenance contracts at our Phoenix facility. You will ensure safety, compliance with building codes, and reliable service delivery while supporting site performance metrics. You will collaborate with front-of-house teams and procurement to manage contract scope, RFPs, vendor audits, and budget planning. Travel to Taiwan for training may be required; strong vendor management focus drives cost savings and #J-18808-Ljbffr TSMC
