Sheet Metal Installer

Job Description Description: \n Liberty MechanicalisseekingaSheet Metal Installer. In this role,you willbe responsible forfabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and HVAC duct systems in commercial and residential settings. This roleensures thatall installations are completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with project specifications and building codes. \n \n What We Offer: \n \n Pay Range: $25 to $35/hourly (depending on relevant experience, skills) \n Medical, Dental, Vision plans \n Basic Life Insurance \n Short- and Long-Term Disability \n 401k Match \n Paid Holidays \n Paid Time off \n\n \n WhatYou’llDo: \n \n Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools and power equipment \n Install HVAC ductwork, vents, and sheet metal components according to blueprints and drawings \n Assemble and secure sheet metal parts using screws, rivets, welds, or adhesives \n Inspect and test installations for proper fit, alignment, and airflow integrity \n Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work orders \n Perform on-site adjustments and repairs as needed \n Follow OSHA safety standards andcompany safety policies at all times \n Collaborate with HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other trades on job sites \n Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition \n\n \n WhatYou’llBring: \n \n High school diploma or GED preferred \n 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal or HVAC installation \n Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings \n Familiarity with HVAC systems and ductwork installation \n Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment \n Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy \n Ability to work in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions \n Valid driver’s license \n\n \n Physical Requirements: \n \n Ability to lift 50+lbsregularly \n Standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods \n Use of ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts \n\n \n Working with our Company: \n At LibertyMechanical, our mission is to deliver exceptional work, quality products, and outstanding customer service to meet the specific needs of our clients in the HVAC and Energy Services industries.
