Responsibilities Manage cases from inception to post‑trial Communicate with clients to keep them updated on case status Make court appearances and participate in mediation Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents Prepare, review, and respond to discovery Conduct research as required by each case Conduct direct and cross‑examination of expert witnesses Meet billing requirements Requirements 1-5 years of Workers' Compensation experience Experience with deposition, mediation, and courtroom preferred Strong positive attitude and dedication to firm goals Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
