Family Law Attorney

I'm partnering with a well-established, highly respected regional law firm that is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join its growing team in Mount Laurel, NJ . What You’ll Work On You’ll handle a broad range of family law matters, including: Divorce and dissolution proceedings Child custody and parenting time disputes Child and spousal support matters Protection from Abuse (PFA) actions Marital settlement agreements Post-judgment modifications and enforcement Discovery, motion practice, pleadings, and legal memoranda Court conferences, hearings, and client advocacy What We’re Looking For 2–7 years of Family Law experience Active New Jersey Bar admission (required) Pennsylvania Bar admission is a plus Strong litigation, drafting, and courtroom skills Excellent communication and client relationship abilities Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $250,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
