What the role looks like day to day

• Provide hands-on oversight for 3 Nursing Supervisors, ensuring consistent coaching, accountability, and growth.
• Advance clinical excellence across our Private Duty Nursing (PDN) division through standards, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with operations to align staffing, scheduling, and workflows for quality outcomes and timely care.
• Champion a culture of compassion and performance—solve problems quickly while keeping people at the center.
• Balance clinical oversight with people leadership, ensuring patient care never loses its human touch.

Credentials and experience

• Active MO RN license (required)
• IL RN license (preferred)
• Leadership or supervisory experience (required)
• PDN or pediatric background (preferred)
• Exceptional communication and operational leadership skills
