Senior Addiction Services Counselor
The Centers
The Centers Addiction Services in Cleveland, OH seeks an Addiction Services Counselor III to deliver confidential counseling, education, and support for individuals and families facing substance use disorders within an integrated care setting.
You will provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and lead individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and discharge planning while coordinating with behavioral health, primary care, and pharmacy teams for seamless care.
