You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.What You'll DoGreet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callersConduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenitiesBuild relationships with prospects and follow up on their interestAssist with applications, lease documentation, and the leasing processMaintain accurate prospect and resident informationProvide excellent customer service to prospective and current residentsSupport the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming and professional communityManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSchedule ExpectationsLeasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday.
