Fairgrove Property Management operates in four major Southern California markets and is rapidly expanding across the West.An Onsite Manager is responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day operations of the apartment community including leasing, marketing, resident services, and turn over management. An Onsite Manager must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with prospects, residents, vendors, and fellow employees always.Part-Time Position Hours: 10-15 hours per week Responsibilities: Oversee 1 building with a total of 16 units Compensation: $19.00 per hour Housing: Discounted Studio unit available. Must live onsite.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for residents and vendorsRespond to emergencies and urgent after-hours issuesMarket vacancies and show available units to prospective residentsKeep accurate resident and property records in AppFolioPerform unit inspections and coordinate turnoversMaintain a clean, well-kept community, including light porter duties such as sweeping and general cleanupSchedule and oversee vendors, and verify completed workMonitor vacancies, work orders, and other key property metricsReview and approve vendor invoicesOrder supplies and manage inventoryStay current on landlord-tenant and fair housing lawsAttend company meetings and trainingsQualifications1-2 years of property management experienceWillingness to live onsiteProficiency in Microsoft Office; AppFolio experience is a plusAvailability to work weekends as neededValid driver's license and clean driving record
