Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing varying degrees of mental health issues. Your focus may include, but is not limited to, treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma experiences, relationship difficulties, and other emotional challenges. The goal of your therapy sessions will be to equip clients with coping strategies and resources to achieve personal growth and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

  A valid mental health license in the state of Kansas, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is mandatory, while a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.

  Ability to exhibit empathy, active listening, and an understanding, non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.

Preferred Experience\n
