What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Audi vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Perform complex repairs using factory tools and equipment, including ODIS diagnostic systems
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts department to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction standards
• Stay current with Audi training and certifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a technician in a franchised Audi or VW dealership
• Master Technician or Advanced-Level Certification a plus
• Familiarity with Audi factory systems, processes, and ODIS
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-focused mindset

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $25.00 - $71.75.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity.
