Audi Calabasas is hiring Automotive Service Technicians at all experience levels, from developing Class C Technicians to experienced Class A and B Technicians. Whether your experience comes from a dealership, independent repair shop, or lube shop, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $17.00-$45.00 per flat rate

Schedule: 5-day work week with Sundays and 1 rotating weekday off.

Department Hours: Monday- Friday: 7:30am-5:30pm, Saturday: 8am-4pm and Sunday: Closed

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs based on your experience level.
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
• Document inspections, repairs, and completed work.
• Complete repairs according to Audi and dealership standards.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of prior automotive technician experience.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance and repairs appropriate to your skill level.
• Safely operate automotive tools and shop equipment.
• Complete assigned repairs and document completed work.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California flat rate pay range for this position is $17.00 - $45.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
