Experienced Procurement Agent (Level 3) – Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Position Responsibilities Integrate program, customer, product and in‑service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies Basic Qualifications More than 3 years of experience in supplier management/procurement as a purchasing agent or buyer More than 3 years of experience working directly with supplier management Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts Experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions Experience with cost proposal preparation on government contracts Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience Additional Information Location: ElSegundo, California – 100% onsite Shift: 1st shift Travel: Up to 25% of the time U.S. export control compliance required; "U.S. Person" definition applies Security clearance not required Visa sponsorship not offered Safety sensitive position: No Pay & Benefits Pay range: $94,350 – $116,550 – based on experience and qualifications Competitive base pay with variable compensation opportunities Health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off as applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
