Responsibilities Licensed Therapist Opportunity Position: PRN (as needed) Shift: Varies For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Qualifications herapist Job Requirements: Masters degree in counseling related. Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment Successful completion of Handle With Care Training, within 30 days of employment Experience working within a IOP and PHP Program Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
