Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist - Home-Based (Entire Phoenix Metro Area or even state wide)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Entire Metro Area or even State Wide)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN (Flexible Scheduling)
Pay: $90 per Visit – Highest Paying in Outpatient PT

We’re hiring skilled Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists (PTs/ OTs ) to deliver exceptional care with unmatched flexibility. Unlike Home Health, this role lets you schedule patients at your convenience, offering true autonomy and work-life balance. NO OASIS. You’ll earn $90 per visit – the highest-paying outpatient PT role in the region. Choose your commitment: Part-Time, or PRN (as-needed).

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home evaluations and treatments for outpatient physical therapy/ OT patients.
Create tailored treatment plans to enhance mobility and recovery.
Maintain clear documentation and patient communication.

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist (PT or OT) in Arizona (or eligible).
Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health related experience preferred.
Reliable transportation for travel within the Phoenix metro area.
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
