Overview Title: Senior Litigation Attorney – Civil Law Location: Fully remote Duration: 6+ months with possible extension Rate: $90 to $108/hr on W2 Base pay range: $95.00/hr - $108.00/hr Job Description We’re seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to represent clients in civil matters, manage complex legal proceedings, and provide expert counsel. The ideal candidate is a skilled advocate with strong courtroom presence and a deep understanding of civil law and government regulations. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies. Present evidence and arguments to defend clients in civil litigation. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. Summarize and present cases to judges and juries. Draft legal briefs, motions, and formal opinions. Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Maintain strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Apply advanced knowledge of civil laws, court procedures, and legal precedents. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the applicable state/province. 5–7 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation.
