Position: Receptionist

Location: Lake Forest, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the face of the organization, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and business partners. This role supports daily administrative operations, manages office supplies and mail services, coordinates events, and provides administrative assistance to leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines with professionalism and friendliness
• Greet, assist, and direct visitors and guests
• Maintain office supply inventory and order office, kitchen, and janitorial supplies as needed
• Monitor and replenish copier and printer supplies
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Coordinate FedEx, UPS, certified mail, and courier services
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of conference rooms
• Ensure reception areas, kitchens, copy rooms, and common areas remain professional and organized
• Coordinate catering services, company events, meetings, and special projects
• Perform light Accounts Payable duties, including invoice entry, matching, folding, and mailing invoices
• Assist the Accounts Payable team with expense reports as needed
• Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and VP of Marketing
• Complete additional administrative projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
