Job Details Job Location: Middletown, PA 17057 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Job Category: Admin - Clerical Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet Management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and a passion for keeping operations organized and efficient. Reporting directly to Branch Fleet Manager, the Fleet Administrator will support fleet operations through recordkeeping, communication, and administrative support. What You’ll Do Maintain daily communication with internal teams, branches, and external partners. Manage and update the DOT Medical Card and Driver License Expiration Master List; distribute monthly updates to branches. Assist with fleet bill approval processes. Coordinate camera and telematics installations as needed. Complete monthly and quarterly federal and state fuel tax reporting. Monitor fleet systems for accuracy and errors. Provide administrative support and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel. 1–2 years of administrative or Excel-based experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
