Front Desk Associate

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Desk Associates for a local resort. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience during their stay. Pay is $17/HR. There are multiple shift options available! Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries. Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously. Provide information and assistance with in-house guest activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area. Keep snacks stocked for guests. Regularly restock front desk supply cabinets. Conduct simple night audit tasks, including running reports and scanning documents to corporate at the end of the evening. Qualifications: Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
