What You'll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations managing 20+ staff across all stations
- Maintain food quality, portion consistency, and plating standards during peak service
- Create and manage schedules, handle training, and coach kitchen performance
- Ensure HACCP compliance, proper food handling, and sanitization protocols
- Monitor food costs, manage inventory, and reduce waste without compromising quality
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years kitchen management or chef-lead experience in high-volume settings
- Proven track record in full-service casual dining or comparable fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health code compliance
- Natural leader with the ability to inspire, hold accountable, and develop your team
- Available for full-time commitment including some evening and weekend shifts
