What You'll Do

Lead daily kitchen operations managing 20+ staff across all stations
Maintain food quality, portion consistency, and plating standards during peak service
Create and manage schedules, handle training, and coach kitchen performance
Ensure HACCP compliance, proper food handling, and sanitization protocols
Monitor food costs, manage inventory, and reduce waste without compromising quality

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years kitchen management or chef-lead experience in high-volume settings
Proven track record in full-service casual dining or comparable fast-paced environments
Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health code compliance
Natural leader with the ability to inspire, hold accountable, and develop your team
Available for full-time commitment including some evening and weekend shifts
