What We're Looking For

Three or more years restaurant management or assistant manager experience
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
Strong understanding of P&L, budgets, and financial reporting
Passion for creating exceptional and memorable dining experiences
Reliable, positive attitude with commitment to operational excellence
