QA Associate

Quality Assurance Associate – Document Control & ComplianceMedivant Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate – Document Control & Compliance to support customer qualification, order vetting, license verification, document control, and regulatory compliance activities. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance records, verifying customer credentials and licenses, supporting controlled substance order reviews, and ensuring documentation is managed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform customer and order vetting activities for controlled substance transactions.Verify DEA registrations, state licenses, and other customer credentials.Support customer qualification and onboarding processes.Review regulatory databases and publicly available information to identify potential compliance concerns.Verify customer and business information, including entity and address verification.Maintain compliance records and supporting documentation.Manage issuance, tracking, maintenance, and archival of controlled documents.Maintain controlled records including BMRs, logbooks, and compliance-related documentation.Support Manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance teams as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in document control, compliance, quality, manufacturing, healthcare, administration, or another regulated environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in GMP, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated environments.Knowledge of document control processes and controlled record management.Experience with electronic document management systems.Familiarity with DEA registrations and state licensing requirements.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong analytical and verification skills.Excellent documentation and recordkeeping practices.Ability to identify and escalate compliance concerns.Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced regulated environment.
