Job DescriptionWe are looking for Screw Machine Operators
We’re a family-owned manufacturing company proudly operating since 1939.
You should be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards٫ as well as a willingness to learn and improve. We also expect you to be a good team player.
You will be responsible for running two or more machines and ensuring the following:
- Prepare machines daily to start production cycle
- Monitor and properly adjust machine settings
- Stock with raw material
- Check parts using appropriate measuring tools and record results
- Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift
- Complete daily documents regarding production, inspection, machine repair, etc.
- Adjust or change basic cutting tools including cut off blades, form tools, shave tools, and drills
- Maintaining proper fluid levels in machines
- Understand how to read part drawings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, and other assignments as needed
