RBT Registered Behavior Technician

Overview Solving Autism, LLC is actively seeking caring and energetic individuals in the South Charlotte area for Registered Behavior Technician roles. Afternoon availability is strongly preferred, as many learners are seeking ABA Therapy in the after school hours. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in accordance with each child's treatment plan. Assist with data collection and progress monitoring. Utilize a blend of natural environment teaching with discrete trial instruction and positive reinforcement techniques. Collaborate with team members to support learners and therapists throughout the ABA journey. Maintain professionalism and strong communication with families and staff. Qualifications Experience working with children, with priority given to those with experience in ABA and learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, or behavior challenges. Strong communication skills and professional conduct. Ability to work as part of a team. Reliable transportation. Sense of humor and strong work ethic; ability to multitask; flexible thinking and openness to continued learning. Willingness to commit to the role for at least six months. Complete and maintain First Aid and CPR certification (training provided). Complete RBT training (40 hours of online modules) and submit to the RBT exam. Additional Information Paid training is provided for candidates new to the field. Our privately owned company supports learners and therapists throughout their ABA journey.
