Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM. Some overtime may be required which may include occasional weekend support on an as needed basis. Great working environment!/ph2Responsibilities/h2pThis direct hire role is a Copy/Records Mail Team Member- Full-Time and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM/pulliOperating mailing, copy and fax equipment/liliAssist with light Records duties - Includes but not limited to Filing File paper documents into their correct redweld jackets and ensure all materials are organized and properly maintained/liliShifting When redwelds run out of space on the shelves, shift and reorganize redwelds as needed. This may require adjusting multiple shelves to create adequate room/liliCreating Redweld Jackets Prepare and label new redweld jackets for working files that do not yet have proper folders/liliPreparing Offsite Storage Boxes Create and organize boxes for offsite pickups. These boxes contain closed files that are no longer required onsite/liliCross-train in print production and reception back up/liliMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude/liliShipping Receiving; Ordering supplies, restocking inventory/liliPick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers/liliDemonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment/liliConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelines/liliAdhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2pQualifications:/pulliPrior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast paced environment./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management/liliCustomer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred/liliProfessional appearance and demeanor/liliKeyboarding and windows environment PC skills/liliExcellent communication skills both verbal and written/liliAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment/liliLifting up to 55 pounds/li/ulpIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
