As a Server/Host at The Bier Garden, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
• Managing seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly.
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations about our menu and drink offerings.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (server or host).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence.
