Skills & Background Sought Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist. Previous experience working within K-12 educational settings. Strong understanding of developmental, behavioral, and academic assessment tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with staff and families. Ability to provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services as needed. Commitment to fostering positive student development and school culture. Adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities within short timeframes. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for special education services. Analyze assessment data and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate intervention strategies. Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs. Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to eligibility determinations, and help develop intervention plans. Support students emotional, behavioral, and academic growth through individual or group counseling and skill-building.
