Job Description

The Installation Manager oversees small teams specializing in hardware-focused installations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires frequent travel to various installation sites to supervise and coordinate activities, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise installation teams of 1-5 members
Coordinate hardware installation projects
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Communicate progress and issues to the CEO
Facilitate problem-solving during installations
Manage travel schedules to installation sites

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years in installation project coordination
Project Management experience
Team Leadership skills
Safety Compliance knowledge
Strong Problem Solving ability
Effective Communication skills
