CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT (Permanent)
Our client, an established and well-known construction firm in WNY, is looking to hire a Construction Site Superintendent to join their growing team.


Responsibilities:

• Overseeonsite operations for complex construction projects
• Create &maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors and crewmembers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Ensureproper measures are carried out to maintain safety and qualityexpectations
• Travel tovarious job sites-mostly within NYS-to manage daily activities
• Coordinatecrews, material procurement, equipment, etc. according to project'sschedule
• Ensure allproject documentation/reports are up to date, accurate, and appropriatelyreflect each project's progression
• Communicateany delays with senior leadership to ensure appropriate adjustments aremade to schedules, budgets, and deadlines
• Collaboratewith various internal and external team members to ensure plans areexecuted efficiently
• Remain up todate on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance ismaintained at all times
• Work well ina team environment, as well as independently
• Other duties as assigned/as necessary

Details:

• Positionis full-time, direct hire
• 100% in-office/on-site;travel required - mostly inside NYS - up to 60%
• Company vehicle will beprovided
• Anything over an hour away,company will pay for hotel
• $70,000 - $100,000 annuallydepending on experience

• Associate's in ConstructionManagement is preferred
• 5+ years' experience in ConstructionField Supervision and/or civil construction
• General Contractor orConstruction Manager experience is a plus
• Strong computer skills (specificallyExcel & Word); Procore a plus
• Strong organizational andtime management skills
• Strong communication andpresentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able towork well independently while contributing collaboratively within a teamenvironment
• Strong leadership skills andability to manage multiple crews and sites
• Ability to travel in NYS toprojects: travel is approx.. 60% and you will be home on weekends
• Relocation notavailable
