• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through networking, referrals, and ongoing communication
• Deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, objectives, and long-term goals
• Execute daily performance activities, including outbound calls, scheduled appointments, and timely follow-ups
• Monitor key performance metrics and refine strategies to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, planning, and overall business strategy
• Engage in continuous professional development focused on sales, operations, and leadership growth
• Take on expanded responsibilities over time, including strategic planning, mentoring team members, and supporting overall team performance

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a high sense of ownership and accountability

• Confident and comfortable building relationships with new people daily
• Previous experience in sales or leadership is a plus, but not required
