Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital is also CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Certified, holding quality and outcomes to the highest degree.How You'll Contribute:The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility.Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.Maintain accurate and timely documentation.Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.Perform other duties as assigned.Other duties as assignedQualifications and RequirementsEducation: Associate's degree from a PTA program.Experience: Rehab or acute care experience preferred.License: Current PTA license in state of practice.Certifications: CPR certification required.Why Join UsWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
