THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Marketing Coordinator , you'll collaborate with our Marketing, Business Development, and Estimating teams to support proposals, business development efforts, company communications, and the Pavilion brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Coordinate RFPs and proposals, including research, writing, editing, design, and production
  • Track business development opportunities and maintain CRM data
  • Create marketing materials that showcase Pavilion's projects, people, and capabilities
  • Develop content for social media, email campaigns, press releases, and the company website
  • Coordinate project and employee photography
  • Support trade shows, conferences, networking opportunities, and company events
  • Manage branded materials and marketing collateral
  • Provide marketing and business development support across Pavilion
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience working with CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • A strong eye for design and presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and positive approach
